KYC paperwork, collected and provable

Onboarding a new client means collecting IDs, proof of address, and entity documents — then proving when they arrived. DocLoop tracks each required document with timestamps and keeps a rejection note trail, so your file demonstrates the process, not just the outcome.

Clients submit through a private link with no account to create, which matters when the person on the other side is a witness, a beneficiary, or simply non-technical.

Checklists that mirror your CDD requirements

Define the standard pack once — passport, utility bill, certificate of incorporation, UBO declaration — and stamp it onto every new matter or account.

Every artifact timestamped

Requested, received, reviewed: each transition records who moved it and when. Export the engagement as CSV and attach it to the client file.

Sensitive by default

Links are regenerable if shared in error, uploads are scoped per client, and robots directives exclude portal pages from search engines outright.

Frequently asked questions

Is DocLoop compliant software for AML purposes?
DocLoop collects and evidences documents; it does not perform screening or risk scoring. Firms remain responsible for their own AML programme — DocLoop supplies the auditable collection layer.
Can clients upload multiple versions of the same document?
Yes. Rejections keep prior versions visible and add the new upload alongside, preserving the paper trail regulators ask about.
Do recipients outside my firm need training?
No. The private page reads like a to-do list with an upload button. That is the entire interface.
